Stigli u Vehu - sutra start Mosquito Raid-a
Naš hrabri team danas je imao ugodno prije podne u Hrvatskom veleposlanstvu i oduševio našeg veleposlanika u Finskoj. Nakon toga krenuli su preko Tamparea do mjesta Vehu. Sutra ujutro starta Mosquito Raid sa odabranih 40 ekipa uključujući i našu. Šljusak mi se upravo javio telefonom i rekao stigli u Vehu. Dvije kuće i brvnara, komarci ko ruka na antifrizu, zato se raid tako i zove, pred nama divljina i miris avanture..Juhuuu!
3rd Raid Mosquito – the trip to the top of the world.
The raid starts July 8th 2007 at Vehu. We will cruise into the unigue Finnish lake-area, visit the famous 2CV Blues meeting and later head to Lapland. It is possible to visit the North Cape although our official route will no go that far. Short daily distances, some cultural, historical and natural sightseeings are the ideas for the raid and also enjoying sauna and midnight sun. Finally we will drive South to the 17th International Meeting of 2CV Friends starting July 24th 2007.
Raid Mosquito is dedicated especially for Citroen 2CVs and derivates. As we are getting a 40 participants from places like Australia or Croatia, we cannot demand that everyone would bring their own car. We are flexible and understanding if some rented cars are involved. With a little luck that could even be a 2CV.
