Sa službenih web stranica 16. Susreta prenosimo neke detalje programa koji će se odvijati u okolici dvorca Floors. Po svemu sudeći - biti će tu svega od jutra do mraka cijeli tjedan, a onda idemo na rally po Velikoj Britaniji... :)

Nakon zatvaranja 16. Susreta održati će se 4 rally ture. Cilj svake od ovih tura je posjeta pitoresknim i interesntnim dijelovima Engleske, Škotske i Welsa.

16th World Meeting of 2CV Friends 2005, Kelso, Scotland
Ove godine će Velika Britanija ugostiti 16. Svjetski susret Prijatelja 2CV vozila. Susret će se održavati u dvorcu Floors Castle u Kelsou, Škotska, blizu granice s Engleskom od 26. do 31. srpnja 2005. Heron Marsonica Rally Team putuje iz Slavonskog Broda s dva 2CV vozila (polazak 20.7. u 17 sati sa trga Ivane Brlić Mažuranić, Slavonski Brod) u Kelso i sudjeluje u Svjetskom susretu i reliju nakon toga.
This year, Great Britain will host the 16th World Meeting of 2CV Friends. It will take place at Floors Castle , in Kelso, which is in Scotland, close to the border with England, between 12h00 on Tuesday 26th July until midnight on Sunday 31st July
The impressive Floors Castle is the largest inhabited castle in Scotland and is home to the family of the Duke of Roxburghe and overlooks the site, giving a wonderful backdrop to our meeting.
The site of our meeting is between the castle and the famous River Tweed. We have 40 hectares of flat, grassy, land it is within easy walking distance from the town of Kelso , where you will find all the amenities you need, from shops, pubs and restaurants to petrol and camping supplies.
Twenty years ago, in 1985, 2CVGB hosted a World Meeting in the south-west of England, in Cheltenham. Many things have changed since then, but we hope that you will find the welcome just as warm and will have a great time, whether you explore the lovely countryside or stay on-site and sample some of the entertainment we have laid on for you.
